These Terms of Service govern access to and use of meshkiax.shop and purchases made through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, references to "we", "us", "our" and "meshkiax.shop" refer to the operator of the meshkiax.shop online store.

References to "you", "your" and "customer" refer to the person accessing the website or purchasing products.

meshkiax.shop provides an ecommerce platform through which customers may browse products, select available variations, place items into a shopping cart and complete purchases.

We use Shopify ecommerce technology and may use third-party providers to assist with payments, fraud prevention, fulfilment, analytics, communications, logistics and other services necessary to operate the store.

By submitting an order, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into the transaction or are acting with appropriate permission or authority.

You must provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete when completing checkout.

You may not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes.

Shipping

All orders receive free standard shipping.

The estimated standard delivery timeframe is 15–20 calendar days.

Delivery times are estimates rather than absolute guarantees and can be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk and Delivery

Products will be delivered using the shipping information provided with the order.

Customers should ensure that delivery information is accurate and complete.

Where a delivery problem results from our failure, a carrier issue or another matter for which the law provides a remedy, we will handle the matter according to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers risk in a manner inconsistent with mandatory consumer protections.

Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

meshkiax.shop provides a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return period for eligible products.

That voluntary policy is separate from Australian Consumer Law rights and does not impose a time limit on statutory remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods.

Australian Consumer Guarantees

Products purchased by Australian consumers may be subject to statutory consumer guarantees.

The ACCC explains that consumers have basic rights known as consumer guarantees and that when a guarantee is not met, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, refund or contract cancellation depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes those guarantees where they apply.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, commencement and expiry periods, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions or other conditions disclosed with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot necessarily be combined.

We may refuse a promotion where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation, unauthorised duplication, technical abuse or fraud.

Any promotional condition will remain subject to mandatory consumer law.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability or remedies arising under the Australian Consumer Law where such liability or remedies cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms should not be interpreted as excluding compensation that a consumer is legally entitled to recover for reasonably foreseeable loss resulting from a failure to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee.

Indemnity
